Your mandate centers on prioritizing and coordinating opportunities surfaced through existing service lines to deliver scalable, replicable solutions at global portfolio scale. This is an individual contributor role in the near-term. The role requires a strong, hands‑on execution mandate focused on scaling solutions across thousands of buildings globally. What You'll Do: Project Pipeline Prioritization & Deal Execution

• Drive Project Growth: Drive growth of scalable retrofit and sustainability projects, designing solutions that can be deployed across thousands of buildings globally through standardized playbooks and repeatable delivery models.
• Demand Mapping: Map demand across top client portfolios and reputed company high‑impact sectors (e.g., data centers, life sciences, financial services, logistics) where programmatic deployment is feasible.

The minimum salary for the Managing Director, Sustainability Partnerships & Projects position is $280,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Managing Director, Sustainability Partnerships & Projects position is $300,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on reputed company’s applicable benefit program.
