• Create an exceptional candidate experience
• Drive full life-cycle recruitment including: sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, feedback, managing candidate debriefs, offer process/closing and onboarding
• Partner with Hiring Managers for their hiring strategies, sourcing strategies and initiatives aimed at helping us to hire quality and diverse talent
• Build out our recruiting social channels (reputed company’s careers page, glassdoor, builtin, reputed company)
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with candidates and foster long-term relationships
• Be a leader in diversity and inclusion efforts across the company to ensure we're improving pipeline diversity, and have an reputed company process in reputed company for identifying and hiring the absolute best talent
• Represent reputed company at recruiting events (virtual and/or in person)
• Ensure that candidate tracking is up to date and compliant in our ATS (reputed company)

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience in full lifecycle recruiting with experience in technical roles
• Experience hiring across the organization (Engineering, Sales, Product, Marketing etc) with heavily leaning on the technical roles
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Highly organized with experience prioritizing multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time reputed company
• Proven success recruiting a variety of roles (Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, etc) in a fast growing tech company
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (we use reputed company)
• Experience using G-Suite
• Passion for diversity and inclusion in recruiting
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to reputed company at a high level in a fast-paced, constantly-changing environment

Preferred:

• Experience in global recruiting, with a strong understanding of regional hiring practices.

• The competitive reputed company pay for this position ranges from 110k - 155k usd. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at reputed company and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location
