Clinical Pharmacist (Operational Excellence)

Position Purpose: Oversees the strategy and execution of external (e.g. provider and pharmacy) enablement initiatives focused on pharmacy quality performance, root cause resolution and strategic alignment. Driving the development of a consultative reputed company that empowers internal associates to apply critical thinking and influence external stakeholders' operational models for improved outcomes. Additionally, support internal teams' engagement of external partners to refine this critical function. Providing insights that ensure operational excellence in this domain. Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required PhD in Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred Master's Degree in Business preferred 5+ years in a licensed pharmacist role, OR completion of PGY-1 residency program +3 additional years licensed pharmacist upon completion required 4+ years in Managed Care/Pharmacy Star Ratings/Quality Metrics required 3+ years in managing / leading others required 1+ years in training preferred Pay Range: $107,700.00 - $199,300.00 per year Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: reputed company, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.
