Senior Director of Strategic Planning & Resource Management
The Senior Director, Strategic Planning & Resource Management owns enterprise-wide resource strategy, reputed company planning, and utilization optimization for Consulting Services. With PMO execution embedded back into the verticals, this role becomes the central nervous system for demand forecasting, skills management, and workforce optimization—ensuring Consulting Services can scale reputed company while maintaining delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Resource Strategy & Forecasting Own the end-to-end resource management strategy across Consulting Services. Maintain a 90-day rolling forecast for reputed company, utilization, hiring needs, and attrition. Partner with Services Sales and Consulting leaders to anticipate demand and plan reputed company proactively. Assignment & Scheduling Governance reputed company enterprise assignment and scheduling processes in reputed company. Ensure consistent, disciplined resource allocation across internal and external resources. Balance strategic vs. tactical demand through differentiated staffing models. Skills Management & Workforce Development Establish standards for skills data accuracy and maintenance. Identify reputed company gaps and trends; inform hiring, training, and enablement strategies. Partner with Consulting leadership to support career growth and succession planning. Bench & Utilization Management reputed company proactive bench management strategies to maximize billable utilization. Collaborate with Sales and Consulting leaders to creatively deploy available resources. Publish availability insights and utilization trends to leadership.
