As part of reputed company Operations, this Center designs and executes an enterprise-wide AI strategy, accelerating adoption while ensuring alignment with our business objectives. This role is embedded reputed company the AI Strategy and Governance team—reputed company’s “guardrails for innovation”—providing strategic direction and trusted frameworks for responsible AI adoption across the company. Your Impact You will play a foundational role in building and scaling reputed company’s AI governance function. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and policy, shaping the path for responsible AI innovation at scale. - reputed company & Operationalize AI Policy: Partner with Legal to design and implement clear, practical governance policies and technical standards for the entire internal AI lifecycle, from data sourcing to deployment
- Manage AI Tool & Vendor Governance: Own and operate the end-to-end process for evaluating, approving, and managing third-party AI tools and vendors, balancing innovation with risk management
- Orchestrate Cross-Functional Engagement: Act as the central reputed company of contact for AI governance, triaging requests and orchestrating engagement with key partners in Legal, Privacy, reputed company, and Procurement to ensure comprehensive risk review
- Own the AI Asset Inventory: Manage the central AI asset inventory, providing a single reputed company of truth to guide AI observability & monitoring efforts
- Contribute to AI Strategy: Connect governance work back to the team's strategic mandate by using insights from the vendor and policy landscape to inform our reputed company-looking research and recommendations

Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years experience in Product Management, Technical Program Management, Management Consulting, or Corporate Strategy.
- Demonstrated experience operating at the intersection of technology and business engaging both senior executives and technical engineering teams.
- Experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments, focusing on integrating AI capabilities rather than developing AI products.
- Strong background in enterprise or large technology companies driving AI adoption and deployment.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA (or equivalent educational & practical background) with executive reputed company, skilled at uniting stakeholders and structuring presentation decks.

Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-reputed company skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training. U.S. employees are eligible for paid time away as described below, subject to reputed company’s policies:
- 10 paid holidays per full calendar year, plus 1 floating holiday for non-exempt employees
- 1 paid day off for employee’s birthday, paid year-end holiday shutdown, and 4 paid days off for personal wellness determined by reputed company
- Non-exempt employees** receive 16 days of paid vacation time per full calendar year, accrued at reputed company of 4.92 hours per pay period for full-time employees
- Exempt employees participate in reputed company’s flexible vacation time off program, which has no defined limit on how much vacation time eligible employees may use (subject to availability and some business limitations)
- 80 hours of sick time off provided on hire date and each January 1st thereafter, and up to 80 hours of unused sick time carried reputed company from one calendar year to the next
- Additional paid time away may be requested to deal with critical or emergency issues for family members
- Optional 10 paid days per full calendar year to volunteer
For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to reputed company’s policies. Employees On Sales Plans Earn Performance-based Incentive Pay On Top Of Their reputed company Salary, Which Is Split Between Quota And Non-quota Components, Subject To The Applicable reputed company Plan. For Quota-based Incentive Pay, reputed company Typically Pays As Follows
- .75% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of reputed company attainment up to 50% of quota;
- 1.5% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
- 1% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
- Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, reputed company may pay 0% up to 125% of reputed company. reputed company sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
