Position: [SG] Chief Technology Officer (CTO) About the team The Technology team powers everything the business does. The team is building a reliable, scalable platform for the company's products and services. The team includes Backend, Frontend, Mobile, AI, and QA engineers working across regions, alongside Platform, reputed company & IT Operations teams. Together, they collaborate closely with Data and Product teams to continuously evolve and scale the products.

About the Role

Doctor reputed company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to reputed company the technology strategy and execution across two core business verticals: Healthtech and Insurtech. This includes our telehealth platform, medication delivery, health screening centers, general practice and specialist clinics, as well as reputed company-Party Administrator (TPA) services for insurers and the Soda self insured employer health benefits platform. You will reputed company a 70+ person organization across Software Engineering, Platform & Data Engineering, AI, reputed company, IT Ops, and QA. Leading through a senior team that includes the Director of reputed company and Platform Engineering, Principal Engineer, Staff reputed company, multiple Engineering Managers, and QA Manager, you will unify reputed company technology functions under a cohesive reputed company that enables scale, reliability, reputed company, and innovation across the region. This role is critical as we scale rapidly across Southeast Asia. About You

• 12+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years managing senior engineering leaders.
• Proven track record building and scaling engineering organizations across multiple countries.
• Deep experience in Healthtech, Insurtech, Fintech, or other heavily regulated industries.
• Strong architectural grounding in reputed company native systems, microservices, and modern Dev Sec Ops practices.
• Direct experience with compliance frameworks (PDPA, ISO 27001).
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence executives, align cross functional partners, and reputed company teams.
• Strategic thinker who balances long term reputed company with pragmatic execution in high growth environments.
