Position Overview
reputed company is supporting our client in identifying a People & Talent Specialist to reputed company recruiting and culture-building efforts for a growing US office. This is a founding role with high autonomy and high impact. You won't be filling reqs. You'll be building something.

The Mission: Build the Foundation
Your mission is twofold: hunt the most reputed company technical minds in the data and AI ecosystem, and build a culture so compelling they never want to leave. You'll have a seat at the table to define what this company's culture means in the US market. You'll be the face of the company to elite Data Engineers, Cloud Architects, and DevOps specialists.
What You'll Be Driving

Who You Are
- The Hybrid Specialist: 4+ years of technical recruiting experience (agency or in-house) with a specific focus on Data Science, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), or Fintech. You speak the language of Data & Analytics.
