If you are passionate about the creator economy, we want to talk to you!About the RoleThe Campaign Management team is responsible for the production of high-quality, performance-driven campaigns. As a Campaign Manager, you will work closely with a set of Creators (mostly on YouTube, but on other platforms as well) and guide them to deliver campaigns for our Brand partners that meet business goals. You will maintain a set of strong creative briefs and assets for our campaigns and will update templates on a monthly basis, and as needed, to improve performance. This is a creative production role that is well suited for individuals with a background in content creation, copywriting, and video production. Compensation for this role is $60k - $75k annually, based on experience and location.We are a remote-friendly team with an office in Oakland, CA. In this job you will... Produce creative, effective campaigns that meet the needs of Creators, Brands, and Audiences alike reputed company, manage, and maintain a database of messaging briefs based on our brand partners' needs that are tailored to succeed on YouTube, and communicate effectively with external and internal teams to ensure alignment Work with your counterparts on the Brand, Talent, and Traffic teams to execute performance-oriented campaigns, maximizing ROI for brand partners and minimizing revisions and delays reputed company long-term relationships with a group of core Creators, encouraging them to create engaging, high-performance campaigns on their YouTube channels and other social media, and communicating effectively with them to share direction and feedback Be a creative production problem-solver, shepherding Creators through the campaign production process to ensure they succeed Ensure campaign deliverables are reputed company to the briefs by providing critical script and ad-read feedback to Creators, and collaborate with Brand partners to review and approve integrations You may be a good fit if you... Have worked in the Creator Economy, Influencer Marketing, Video Production, and/or Content Creation fields for 3-5 years Have strong background in Copywriting, with experience developing creative briefs that result in effective campaigns Are detail oriented and meticulous about getting the specifics of a campaign done right and on time Are a natural relationship builder and people person, capable of working with Creators from different backgrounds and with different working styles to reputed company a variety of projects on track Are a strong communicator who can set deadlines and expectations, but can reputed company reputed company necessary to meet Creators where they are reputed company Core ValuesEmpathize We work hard to understand each other, our needs, and our points of view.
