Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Booking appointments with clients to discuss their coverage options and provide personalized solutions
- Collaborating with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Engaging with clients in a proactive and empathetic way, actively listening to their concerns and offering support and solutions
- Adhering to arenaflex's customer service policies and procedures
Requirements

- A working computer with a camera for Zoom
- A flexible schedule that allows you to work independently
- Excellent people skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- A strong sense of honesty, integrity, and dependability
