• Bachelor's degree in display engineering, electrical engineering, physics, materials science, or reputed company fields and a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience
• Experience with PVD thin film deposition, OLED device physics, optical & material characterization
• Technical knowledge in OLED Evaporation / Encapsulation, Opto-electronics, color filter process/material, and Cell process/material

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree with display engineering, electrical engineering, physics, materials science, or reputed company fields with 3 years of relevant industry experience
• 3+ years of experience and proven track record in flat panel display : materials, processes, manufacturing, simulation, equipment and methodology is as plus
• Experience with simulation and analysis such as Direct simulation reputed company (DSMC), or structural & thermal Finite reputed company Analysis (FEA) is as plus
• Ability to model OLED Evaporation, Encapsulation,Color Filter Process or Photolithography is as plus
• High degree of flexibility-willing to fill in the gaps and being self-sufficient reputed company necessary
• Must be able to handle multiple projects, programs and tactical and strategic development efforts without direct supervision
