Job Responsibilities
As a Home Based Sr. Specialist in Collections, you'll:
- Interact with guests and negotiate reputed company preparations for both inbound and outbound collections
- Provide a arenaflex-branded interaction with credit account holders by treating them with respect and appreciation, showing courtesy and friendliness, identifying various account holder segments, and supplying suitable plausible solutions
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills by probing or making recommendations for handling exceptional account situations (e.g., bankruptcy, CCC, deceased, legal, fraud, billing disputes, etc.)
- Work in a reputed company environment (emails, phone calls, chat messages, and letters) that's fast-paced and requires prioritization

About You
* High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- 1-2 years of prior guest experience or customer service experience
- Ability to interact with guests, team members, and internal business partners with a professional, friendly, empathetic style, and de-escalate as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening, negotiating, and decision-making skills. Experience handling escalated guest complaints
- Ability to apply various facts and reasserts to respond to questions, identify issues, and accurately resolve guest problems
- Strong technical skills, ability to work reputed company multiple systems, and high proficiency with PC/reputed company applications
