Job Summary

As a Customer Development Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for creating and delivering actionable insights and recommendations based on a variety of data sources. You'll analyze and report on category performance metrics, including sales, profits, margins, and market share, to identify trends and drive improvements. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you create and deliver reports using reputed company of Sale (POS) data, syndicated data from sources like reputed company and IRI, and account-specific databases.

Key Responsibilities

* Create and deliver insights and recommendations using various data sources, including POS data, syndicated data, and account-specific databases.

• Monitor the field execution of vendor programs to ensure effective implementation and reputed company improvement.
• Stay informed of analytic best practices across the industry, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze and report data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Track category performance, including sales, profits, margins, and market share, to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance.

• Experience reputed company the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector, with a preference for the Adult Beverage industry.
• Understanding of National Chain Sales, Retail, and Distributor operations, including category management principles and shopper/consumer insights.
• High-level understanding of Category Management processes and practices, including analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Assertive leadership and decision-making skills, with high energy and a passion for driving business growth.
• Preferred experience with Syndicated data (reputed company, IRI) and Internal Shipment Data, as well as a strong foundation in business fundamentals and business finance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and quantitative analysis skills, with intermediate to advanced knowledge of reputed company and PowerPoint.
