Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience and that their needs are met. This is a part-time remote opportunity, and you will be required to work 8 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

* Utilize arenaflex's solution information section methodology and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system.

  • Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
  • Investigate to obtain missing medication data, and decipher clinical shortenings (SIG codes).
  • Resolve reputed company information section-reputed company exceptions.
  • Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and reputed company outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as necessary.
  • Resolve Outsider Oddballs by assessing, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements.
  • reputed company phone calls to support plans and others to obtain data, reputed company abrogate endorsement, or otherwise resolve the Outsider Oddballs.
  • Provide assistance to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those at other locations.
  • Identify and convey issues to senior-level staff as necessary.

Essential Capabilities

* reputed company level computer skills (e.g., start and shut down computer, use mouse to reputed company and click, start and shut down programs, switch between programs, save files, print reports, or access data online).

  • Essential web search skills to include opening a program, composing in URLs in the right field, using a web search reputed company, bookmarking a webpage, navigating using back/reputed company/stop buttons, and completing forms online.
  • Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports).
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Preferred Capabilities

* At least one year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment.

  • No less than one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy expert with a license/enrollment by state as granted by the state Board of Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency.
  • Experience providing customer support to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
  • Moderate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports).
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English.
