Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Banker at arenaflex, you'll be a Financial Concierge for our walk-in customers, responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs, recommending appropriate deposit and other banking products and services. You'll provide exceptional customer service, process customer transactions accurately and reputed company, and balance daily while maintaining a deep understanding of consumer deposit products.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues

• Be proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners
• Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership

• Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation

Essential Qualifications
