Job Summary

As a Remote Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients' customers reputed company phone, email, and chat
• Answering questions and resolving issues reputed company to insurance policies, billing, and policy modifications
• Processing calls and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
• Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid Arizona driver's license
