Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our Inbound Pharmacy Service team in Mount Prospect, IL. As a key member of reputed company, you'll work in an overnight shift, providing exceptional customer service to our patients and resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients reputed company phone, resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner

• Handle prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
• Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our systems and resolve patient issues
• Work collaboratively with reputed company to ensure timely delivery of medications to our patients
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric environment

• 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, reputed company, or another application
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in an overnight shift (9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST)

Preferred Qualifications

* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of reputed company customer needs over the phone

• Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions

Training Schedule

* Monday through Friday, 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST (training schedule)

• Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST (8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week reputed company this time frame)

Pay Range

* The typical pay range for this role is $17.02 to $27.16 per hour
