Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative on our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, you'll work in our overnight call center, providing exceptional service to our patients and resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for patients seeking prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage, and you'll have the opportunity to reputed company a real difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to patient inquiries and resolve their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
• Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to de-escalate reputed company customer issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve patient concerns and ensure timely delivery of medications
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment

• 6+ months of high call center experience working with Windows, reputed company, or another application
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in reputed company Office
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of reputed company customer needs over the phone

• Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
• Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting

Education

Training Schedule

* Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm EST (training schedule)

• Monday - Sunday, 9:00pm - 9:00am EST (work schedule)
