As a Disability Access Service Video Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service to individuals with disabilities, assisting them in registering for services, and supporting their digital experience with various applications. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional guest service to individuals with disabilities, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist guests in registering for Disability Access Services, ensuring that they have a seamless and enjoyable experience
- Support guests with their digital experience, troubleshooting issues and providing technical assistance as needed
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that guests receive comprehensive support and assistance

Essential Qualifications
