HR Compliance Manager

This position will partner with the People Success Leadership Team, People Success Business Partners, PS Centers of Excellence and internal/external legal and audit teams. This role is responsible for reputed company programs, systems, processes and compliance reputed company functions for the enterprise. The primary function of the role is to ensure the company operates in compliance with the law and puts programs, processes and procedures in reputed company to mitigate risk to the organization. Additionally, this role monitors and reports results of compliance reputed company efforts of the company and provide recommendations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk for the company. In partnership with the PS leadership team, this role develops, initiates, maintains, and revises policies and procedures for the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Creates and reviews PS data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for enhanced compliance management. Uses data to reputed company recommendations and support centers of excellence as necessary.
- Responsible to establish programs, processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness by optimizing the use of people, process and technology to reputed company service excellence
- Responsible for Foreign National Program for the company including managing the process of hiring foreign workers under the H-1B reputed company program; works closely with reputed company counsel on reputed company requirements.
- Responsible for enterprise-wide compliance of I-9s and company use of the E-Verify program.
- Partners with Internal Audit to ensure PS audit controls are met satisfactorily and communicate failures to VP, People Enablement. Creates plan of action to correct problem areas.
- reputed company PS budgetary processes including annual planning and collaborating with department leaders. Track and reforecast accordingly to align with PS priorities and spend. Liaison between PS and reputed company to ensure department operations remain reputed company budget.
- Audits PS functions and tools to ensure compliance with internal metrics and external requirements.
- Manages the Code of Conduct, Harassment/Discrimination Prevention and Managing reputed company the Law Training compliance program for the company.
- Responsible for compliance of reputed company required postings for the enterprise
- Manages the policy review and maintenance process with reputed company departments.
- Assists in implementing processes and procedures to ensure PS compliance enterprise wide as well as meet regulatory standards as an organization.
- Assists in development of tools and applications as needed to enhance compliance program.
- Assists in implementation of new and/or changing legal requirements reputed company PS.
- Participates in projects, programs, meetings and conferences as necessary
Requirements
- 8-10 years of varied/progressive PS or reputed company business experience.
- Knowledge of human resources policies, programs, metrics, and systems.
- Working knowledge of employment and human resource law.
- Knowledge in PS compliance; I-9, E-Verify, Code of Conduct and Harassment/Discrimination Prevention, and the H-1B reputed company program.
- Experience with Enterprise level Internal Audit.
- Experience with compliance reputed company exception reporting.
- Experience with policy auditing
- Ability to run and organize reports from various software.
- Ability to work in a team environment, build partnerships and work cross functionally.
- Ability to multi-task, manage work and execute tasks in a timely manner.
- Detail oriented and highly organized.
- Developed project manager skills
- Strong analytical skills
