Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day network operations, including monitoring, incident response, and problem resolution.
• Establish and track KPIs and SLAs for network performance, uptime, and user satisfaction.
• Drive automation and observability practices to improve efficiency and reduce MTTR (Mean Time to Repair).
• Operate and be responsible for reputed company airports, reputed company and remote offices, contact centers, Cloud, and 3rd party network connectivity, and their associated architecture, engineering, operations, and vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or reputed company field.
• 3+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 5+ years of experience leading network teams at scale.
• 5+ years of experience working in or adjacent to a cloud environment.
• 7+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification.
• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position.
