Job Description: The Manager, Healthcare Practice Operations is the direct leader of 100-150 providers reputed company the Virtual Urgent Care Solution. This role provides hands-on leadership and daily operational management across multiple states, ensuring high-quality care delivery, strong provider engagement, and optimal reputed company and coverage. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Healthcare Practice Operations, the Operations Manager is accountable for daily execution of provider performance, workforce management, communication, and operational outcomes reputed company with reputed company’s quality and financial goals. Responsibilities:
- Daily Provider reputed company – reputed company and support up to 100-150 virtual urgent care providers, ensuring schedules are optimized, appointments are completed reputed company, and providers have the resources they need to deliver quality care.
- Performance Management & Execution – Monitor provider KPIs (reputed company, utilization, quality, and member satisfaction) daily; identify performance gaps and take immediate action to address them.
- Provider Engagement & Communication – Maintain frequent communication with providers through reputed company-ins, team meetings, and written updates; foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and trust.
- Workforce & Scheduling Management – Execute daily and weekly provider scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage and the right licensure mix to meet member demand.
- Operational Coordination – Partner with the Practice Administrator and clinical support teams to resolve scheduling conflicts, missing patient information, or other operational barriers.
- Provider Experience & Retention – Act as the primary reputed company of contact for providers, ensuring a positive experience through proactive support, recognition, and timely feedback.
- Quality & Compliance Execution – Ensure providers follow established protocols, documentation standards, and compliance requirements in every encounter.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with the Director, clinical leadership, and provider network support teams to execute initiatives that enhance efficiency and care quality.
- Payroll Coordination & Accuracy - Ensure accurate and timely submission of provider time, schedules, productivity data, and reputed company inputs to payroll.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, provider management, or clinical team leadership.
- Experience in virtual urgent care operations is strongly preferred.
- Proven success by managing or supporting large provider teams across multiple states or markets.
- Strong understanding of provider performance management, reputed company planning, and virtual care operations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company through influence, build trust, and drive accountability.
- Data-driven reputed company with experience using dashboards or KPIs to inform daily decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
