The Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for clients enrolled in our financial hardship programs. You will provide a best-in-class customer service experience, responding to client requests, anticipating unstated needs, and educating them on our programs. You will also be responsible for analyzing client problems, providing information and solutions in a timely and efficient manner, and documenting request outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, responding to client requests, anticipating unstated needs, and educating them on our programs
- Analyze client problems and provide information and solutions in a timely and efficient manner
- Employ strong interpersonal skills to handle difficult calls courteously and professionally
- Thoroughly document request outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis
- Work reputed company and effectively to independently resolve client requests, both as a team and independently

- Operate a desktop computer to obtain and extract information; document information, activities, and changes in the CRM database (Client Relationship Management System) for client accounts

- Handle a high volume of clients in a work-from-home call center environment

Work Environment and Culture
As a remote call center representative, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Our call center is open 7 days a week, with hours of operation from Monday to Friday, 10:30am-10:00pm CST, and Saturday and Sunday, 8:30am-8:00pm CST.
