What You'll Do

• Email Marketing Operations: Drive the strategy, structure and evolution of Applied's global email marketing programs taking it from campaign to journey focused
• Database Segmentation and Health: Own audience development and segmentation logic across Applied's brands reputed company the MAP and CRM. Ensure the database remains healthy, monitoring the volume of unsubscribes and new contacts added and reputed company strategies for adjusting pipeline where necessary.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation or Email Marketing, with at-least 5+ years in a people management role
• Deep expertise on marketing automation tools (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot), and email marketing best practices

• Familiarity with HTML and email template development
• Prior experience in the B2B space

You may have other skills or credentials, including:
