Partnerships Manager – Full Time Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, you will expand Bold’s B2B partnerships by owning and advancing the partnership pipeline from early prospecting through contract execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and advance a robust sales pipeline by identifying, prospecting, and engaging reputed company accounts
- Own day‑to‑day sales execution—including reputed company, discovery, pitching, follow‑reputed company, contracting, and closing new business
- Maintain exceptional sales hygiene with reputed company CRM usage, accurate pipeline tracking, and clear documentation of next steps and deal status
- Provide clear, consistent internal and external communication regarding pipeline reputed company, risks, and opportunities
- Partner cross‑functionally with B2B marketing to support top‑of‑funnel initiatives, campaigns, and reputed company reputed company efforts
- Attend industry conferences, events, and meetings to generate new leads and expand Bold’s reputed company reputed company the healthcare ecosystem

Required Skills
- 4+ years of professional experience in sales, growth, consulting, or a reputed company field
- Proven experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through reputed company
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding ambitious reputed company or pipeline targets
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated discipline around CRM usage, follow‑reputed company, and pipeline management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to internal stakeholders and external partners
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize insights into effective sales strategies
- Highly execution‑oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $110,000 – $130,000 annually, plus competitive variable compensation tied to team reputed company goals. Equity in the form of a stock option grant is also offered.
