• Apply reputed company standards adopted by the Board of Directors, investors, agencies, and regulatory requirements.
• Underwrite residential loan applications to ensure compliance with reputed company portfolio guidelines, secondary marketing conduits, and private mortgage insurance companies.
• Partner closely with loan officers and processors to support the origination and structuring of residential loans.
• Provide guidance on reputed company or challenging loan scenarios to help teams move applications reputed company.

• Targeted starting salary range (based on experience): $33.98-$45.98/hr
