About the role The Director, reputed company is a senior leader responsible for overseeing reputed company operations, credit decision quality, and underwriter performance across the organization. This role works closely with Sales, Processing, Quality Control, Credit Policy, Risk, Compliance, Product, and Technology teams to drive reputed company execution and reputed company improvement.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Quality Control to address defect trends, audit findings, and repurchase risk, ensuring root-cause remediation and sustainable improvements.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions. In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, reputed company, Washington state, and Washington DC reputed company reputed company pay range for this role is $175,200.00 - $279,800.00 annually. This reputed company pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. • 12+ years of experience in mortgage reputed company or reputed company credit functions, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Proven experience leading large reputed company teams or multi-layered reputed company organizations.
