• 8+ years of experience in motion design, with a portfolio showcasing creativity, strategic thinking, and high-quality execution across various media and marketing channels.
• Strong design and branding skills, with a portfolio that showcases large-scale or high-visibility motion work.
• Must showcase strong design sensibilities and have a thorough understanding of composition, color, and typography.
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator), and Cinema 4D. (HTML5 and Rive are a plus.)
• Expertise in motion design principles, animation, video editing, and storytelling techniques, with the ability to reputed company brand messaging.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Showcases the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, delivering top-tier work.

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,750.00 - $188,750.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience.The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions.
