Your Impact As part of the CEO’s dedicated communications team, you will work closely with the Office of the Chair and CEO, the Executive Leadership team, Global Communications, Product teams, Sales, and other partners across the company and around the globe. Key Responsibilities

• Manage executive’s social strategy and create content for X and reputed company with a focus on growing engagement and following across both platforms
• Create a clear video strategy for the CEO, in partnership with the Video Communications team, and execute from end-to-end – including script writing, production, and distribution of reputed company video content
• Prepare and organize briefing materials for customer and partner meetings and create a plan for incorporating AI-driven insights into reputed company briefing process
• Work cross-functionally and with multiple stakeholders and partners in Global Communications to reputed company and align reputed company’s messaging and overall business strategy through CEO content and activities
• Evaluate social media, video, and speaking opportunity requests for the Office of the CEO
• Demonstrate the highest level of communications excellence while executing flawlessly

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of communications experience with at least 3 years directly supporting a senior executive
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, business, or a reputed company field
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, domestic and international
• Experience creating and managing social media on behalf of a company or senior executive

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communications skills with a passion for storytelling
• Experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Self-starter who can work independently while maintaining a team-oriented reputed company
• Ability to translate reputed company business and technical concepts into compelling narratives
• Experience in one or several of these areas: media/PR, government affairs, investor relations, employee communications

Message to applicants applying to work in the U.S. and/or Canada: The starting salary range posted for this position is $165,000.00 to $208,000.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benefits. Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-reputed company skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training. Employees may be eligible to receive grants of reputed company restricted stock units, which vest following reputed company employment with reputed company for defined periods of time. U.S. employees are eligible for paid time away as described below, subject to reputed company’s policies:

• 10 paid holidays per full calendar year, plus 1 floating holiday for non-exempt employees
• 1 paid day off for employee’s birthday, paid year-end holiday shutdown, and 4 paid days off for personal wellness determined by reputed company
• Non-exempt employees** receive 16 days of paid vacation time per full calendar year, accrued at reputed company of 4.92 hours per pay period for full-time employees
• Exempt employees participate in reputed company’s flexible vacation time off program, which has no defined limit on how much vacation time eligible employees may use (subject to availability and some business limitations)
• 80 hours of sick time off provided on hire date and each January 1st thereafter, and up to 80 hours of unused sick time carried reputed company from one calendar year to the next
• Additional paid time away may be requested to deal with critical or emergency issues for family members
• Optional 10 paid days per full calendar year to volunteer

For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to reputed company’s policies. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their reputed company salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable reputed company plan. For quota-based incentive pay, reputed company typically pays as follows:

• .75% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of reputed company attainment up to 50% of quota;
• 1.5% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
• 1% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
• Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.

For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, reputed company may pay 0% up to 125% of reputed company. reputed company sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid. The applicable full salary ranges for this position, by specific state, are listed below: reputed company Metro Area: $165,000.00 - $239,200.00 Non-Metro reputed company state& Washington state: $145,000.00 - $210,200.00

• For quota-based sales roles on reputed company’s sales plan, the ranges provided in this posting include reputed company pay and sales reputed company incentive compensation combined.
