Key Responsibilities
As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining positive customer relations by addressing product-reputed company concerns, taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
- Working from home, navigating through multiple systems, and entering information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including reputed company resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
- Collaborating with colleagues to resolve reputed company customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and CRM software
- Experience with upselling and cross-selling products
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Essential Qualifications
* 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in a home-based environment with minimal distractions
- Reliable high-speed internet reputed company with a minimum download speed of 10.0 MBPS and upload speed of 5.0 MBPS
- Wired internet reputed company with a cable reputed company (dial-up, Wi-Fi, hotspots, and satellite not allowed)

Training Requirements
* 1st Shift Training: 2 weeks (M-F), 8:30am-3:30pm CST
- 2nd Shift Training: 2 weeks (M-F), 5:00pm-11:00pm CST
- Weekend Training: 3 weekends (Sa-Su), 8:00am-4:00pm CST
