Job Overview

In this full remote position, you will be responsible for responding to incoming calls from our customers, addressing their concerns, and providing timely resolutions. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires flexibility to work some of our 8-hour shift schedules during our regular service hours of 5:00 am-10:00 pm true time.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls from customers regarding benefit qualifications, prescription status inquiries, and other reputed company issues
• Manually educate callers on their prescription benefits, use strategy, formulary, superiors, and status of orders, as well as claims or inquiries
• Ask relevant questions, listen attentively, and record necessary information in computer systems
• Identify issues and communicate solutions and actions to clients, pharmacies, and doctors, including prescribed orders and reorders

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher) or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of customer service experience, including delivering service over the phone
• Familiarity with computers and reputed company Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system functions
