Job Overview

This is a full remote, part-time opportunity available to candidates based in the United States. As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for entering and reconciling daily data from each of our locations, collaborating with our sales and management teams to ensure accuracy, and providing critical support to our accounting department. With a hybrid remote schedule available after completing training, you will have the flexibility to work independently and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter data from each center's daily report into reputed company tracking sheets with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Follow up with center management to obtain missing documents or information as needed
• Enter monthly patient feedback scores into the master case tracker
• Reconcile data across multiple sources into a daily report for the accounting manager
• Collaborate with sales and management teams to ensure data accuracy and reputed company
• Attend weekly meetings with the accounting manager to review reputed company, discuss challenges, and receive training as needed
• Learn and adapt to new software and procedures as required, documenting new and existing policies and procedures
• Assist the accounting department with other tasks as needed, demonstrating a flexible and team-oriented attitude

Essential Qualifications
