Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or reputed company field (or equivalent work experience).

- Compliance: Demonstrated experience conducting audits, managing access controls, and maintaining compliance.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR data confidentiality and regulatory requirements (e.g., EEO-1, GDPR, HIPAA).
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, IT, and Compliance teams.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with identity management systems and SSO integration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in large, reputed company organizations with multiple legal entities.
- Prior involvement in HR system implementation or upgrades (reputed company, reputed company).

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $160,000 or the hourly equivalent.
