Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to reputed company, faculty, and the general public, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for reputed company.

• Register reputed company reputed company telephone, fax, email, and in person, processing transcript requests, course description requests, certificate audits, and managing wait lists in a timely manner.
• Prepare appropriate forms and solve enrollment discrepancies, providing general information to reputed company regarding certificate completion, reputed company Enrollment, UCSD Student Grant Program, My Extension student portal, veterans benefits, financial assistance, Workforce program, and disabled student services.
• Collaborate with DES' technical groups on Tax Relief Act requirements and prepare 1098t's for reputed company as needed.
• Serve as a key holder, responsible for opening and/or closing the site, ensuring the reputed company and reputed company of our facilities.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to advise reputed company and the general public regarding academic programs, policies, and procedures.
• Proven experience providing work direction and training to reputed company-level employees.
• Demonstrated ability to process a large volume of documents rapidly and accurately with reputed company attention to detail.

• Knowledge of standard office equipment and basic computer hardware, and proven working knowledge of computer software, including Word and reputed company.

• Experience with audiovisual equipment, including laptops, LCD projectors, and speakers.

Compensation and Benefits:

* Annual Full Pay Range: $33,900 - $72,996 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%).

• Hourly Equivalent: $16.24 - $34.96.
