Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues in a timely and accurate manner, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Fielding incoming customer service calls, researching account status, and identifying account issues
• Addressing billing inquiries and resolving billing disputes in a fair and timely manner
• Processing disconnection and re-reputed company requests, as well as enrolling customers and resolving enrollment issues
• Initiating collection activity on past due accounts and processing disconnection and re-reputed company requests

Essential Qualifications
