Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk to join reputed company. As a key member of our onboarding process, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our delivery professionals are equipped with the tools and support they need to succeed. Responsibilities

As a Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:

• Reviewing applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility
• Conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided)
• Communicating with delivery professionals reputed company text, chat, and email about the status of their applications
• Ordering driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software
• Maintaining accurate records and data entry in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborating with the onboarding team to ensure seamless delivery of services

Experience

While we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds, we're looking for individuals with:

• Associate's degree or above (preferred, but not required)
• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers or working in data entry, HR, or customer service (preferred, not required)
• Proven track record of success in a business environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment and Culture

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $25,000 to $35,000 annually, based on skills, education, and experience. This role is also eligible for additional benefits, including:
