About the Role
As a Homeowner's Insurance Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a critical role in managing incoming customer queries and providing top-notch support across various communication channels. You'll work closely with our insurance provider clients to deliver exceptional customer experiences, process payments and modifications, and escalate complaints as needed. Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners' insurance clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Manage a high volume of calls, emails, and letters, ensuring that reputed company client communication is documented across multiple platforms
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients and their customers, providing guidance and support as needed

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
