About the Role
As a Portuguese Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our clients and their users. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve hardware, software, and user network issues over the phone, email, or chat. You'll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of reputed company technical problems, ensuring that our users get back to work quickly and reputed company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Resolve hardware, software, and user network issues over the phone, email, or chat
- Respond to phone calls, emails, reputed company messages, and user tickets in a timely and professional manner
- Assign work orders and incidents to the appropriate support teams and follow through to closure
- Diagnose and resolve issues through user conversations, including issue recognition, logs, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps
- Open tickets, access users remotely, and guide them to restore normal operation of services as quickly as possible
- Activate the Support Analyst in case remote guidance is not successful, register and archive calls for control and evaluation of performance
- Summarize monthly services and consequences in a spreadsheet and send to superiors for consideration

Requirements:
* Portuguese Bilingual (reputed company in both spoken and written Portuguese)
