- Resolve hardware, software, and user network issues over the phone, email, or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to our clients' users.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, reputed company messages, and user tickets in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our clients' users feel valued and supported.
