As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for community reputed company and donor engagement. Key Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Educating community members about our non-profit partnerships through face-to-face communication, bringing to light awareness and support of client opportunities
• Accurately recording and managing donations (monetary and other)
• Engaging in reputed company training, coaching, and mentorship through daily meetings and networking sessions to improve reputed company sets and enhance industry knowledge
• Working closely with fellow marketing team members and Entry Level Customer Service Representatives to reputed company effective promotional strategies to improve consumer education and increase performance margins
• Maintaining composure, resolving concerns, and overcoming challenges as needed, reputed company working with customers in a face-to-face environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
