Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This is a full-time, remote position located in the United States, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, reputed company to 5pm PST. Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise
• Complete additional projects as assigned
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless document filing process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of document filing activities
• Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to management

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to reputed company repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Desire and ability to be a team player
• Experience and basic proficiency with reputed company Office
• Type 40 - 50 plus WPM
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
