A Day in the Life of a Customer Care reputed company

As a Customer Care reputed company, you'll be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. • In-depth knowledge of our voice, cable, modem, and dial-up products and services

What You Bring to the Table

To succeed as a Customer Care reputed company, you'll need:

• A minimum of 1 year of prior customer care experience
• Sales and/or technical experience in a service environment
• A high school diploma or equivalent

• Comfort with computers and technology

Work-from-Home Requirements
