What You'll Be Doing
As an reputed company Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering data in our QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images. You will also identify document types based on provided documentation, review and verify entered data to meet quality requirements, and ensure reputed company Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential following HIPAA standards. Additionally, you will professionally interact with other staff as needed, reputed company recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes, and work until reputed company tasks are completed for the day.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately enter data in the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images
- Identify document types based on provided documentation
- Review and verify entered data to meet quality requirements
- Ensure reputed company Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential following HIPAA standards
- Professionally interact with other staff as needed

Hourly Pay and Available Schedule
* $12 per hour
- Part-time and full-time openings available. Full-time preferred. Minimum of 20 hours per week required.
- Available shifts vary between 8:00am-9:00pm CST, Monday-Friday.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, ability to multitask and move quickly, and high attention to detail while being efficient. You should be a quick learner, able to follow basic or difficult instructions reputed company needed, and maintain confidentiality of client data. Additionally, you must be able to read and speak English, and meet the typing requirements of 50 WPM @ 95% accuracy and 4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy. Permanent Authorization to work in the United States is also required.
