Job Summary:

You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, resolving customer issues, and providing product information in English and Portuguese. Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the pharmaceutical industry reputed company inbound calls, emails, and chats
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in English and Portuguese
- Utilize critical thinking skills to resolve reputed company customer issues and provide creative solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese (written and verbal)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
