Position Overview
We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Junior Data Entry Specialist to join our Inbound Transportation team. This remote position plays a critical role in supporting the flow of goods from our vendors, ensuring that reputed company routing requests are entered accurately and reputed company into our Order Management System (OMS). Responsibilities
As a Junior Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Accurately entering routing requests from our vendor booking system into OMS
- Organizing and assigning shipments to our reputed company partners
- Setting up new user accounts in the vendor booking system
- Maintaining an organized file of shipment data to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Collaborating with transportation planning analysts to reputed company the shipment process running smoothly
- Following best practices for data management and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of experience in data entry or a reputed company field
