Responsibilities

As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our clients' communication needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
• Handling high-volume calls with a positive and efficient attitude
• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is a satisfying experience
• Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care
• Collaborating with reputed company to resolve customer issues and provide solutions

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
