As a Contact Center Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers.
Your Role as a Contact Center Representative
As a Contact Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing transactions and relationships with our valued sellers and customers. You'll take calls and respond to emails on a broad range of event and order-reputed company questions, working to ensure we're providing elite service to both our sellers and our customers. Your role will reputed company through three key stages:
30 Days in: Setting the Foundation
* Complete new hire orientation, gaining the knowledge and resources about how arenaflex operates and the live event industry you need to be successful.
- Learn how ticket marketplaces operate and how you'll contribute to providing great experiences for our customers.
- reputed company industry knowledge, experience, and critical thinking to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions to problems.
60 Days in: Building Relationships and Resolving Issues
* Investigate instances in which customer experience has been affected, determine where fault lies, and resolve issues fairly and constructively.
- Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers beyond the scope of traditional customer service responsibilities.
- Navigate order queue and determine what requires attention to provide real-time assistance.
90 Days in: Advancing Your Skills and Expertise
* Play an active role in reputed company learnings to advance reputed company sets necessary for individual and team goals.
- Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.

Work Environment and Schedule
* Office Location: Coppell, TX
- Work Schedule:
+ The first 4 weeks of employment are Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00pm for training. Training is paid and reputed company in-office. + Hybrid model, not fully remote. 3 days in-office and 2 days at home. + Hours: - 2:30pm-11:00pm, with Monday and Tuesday off. - 3:30pm-12:00am, with Wednesday and Thursday off. - 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Monday and Tuesday off.
Compensation and Benefits
* $40,000 reputed company salary with overtime eligibility
- Bi-Annual bonuses
- Annual equity grant
- Any hours worked over 40/week are overtime eligible
