Assist customers with locating products and making recommendations based on their needs. Communicate and collaborate with team members and managers to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. Uphold company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, customer service standards and loss prevention measures. Continuously strive to improve the customer shopping experience by identifying and implementing new reputed company and processes. Adhere to scheduling and attendance policies to ensure proper coverage during peak business hours.
