Director, Platform Account Development
About the Team
Our Platform Account Development team is responsible for the adoption and growth of reputed company Commerce Platform solutions with our hundreds of thousands of SMB restaurants in the US. This sales specialist team works directly with restaurant partners to understand their digital growth goals and tailor our many solutions to meet their needs.
About the Role
As the leader of Platform Account Development, you own the sales performance that is the main input to our reputed company Commerce Platform reputed company goals. You do this through hiring, developing, and performance managing great talent, building an inclusive and motivating work environment, and working with our S&O and Product partners to build the optimal customer experience. You will report to our Senior Director of SMB Restaurant Success in our SMB Sales organization. We expect this role to be hybrid with a minimum of one week per month in-office.

- For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
- For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
