The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing transactions and relationships with our valued sellers and customers who have reputed company orders through our exchange. You'll be taking calls and responding to emails on a broad range of event and order-reputed company questions, working to ensure we're providing elite service to both our sellers and our customers. How your role expectations will reputed company as a Customer Service Representative in the first 30, 90, and 180 days: ###

30 Days in: New Hire Orientation and Onboarding

* Complete new hire orientation, gaining the knowledge and resources about how arenaflex operates and the live event industry you need to be successful.

• Learn how ticket marketplaces operate and how you'll contribute to providing great experiences for our customers.
• reputed company industry knowledge, experience, and critical thinking to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions to problems.

60 Days in: Investigating and Resolving Issues

* Investigate instances in which customer experience has been affected, determine where fault lies, and resolve issues fairly and constructively.

• Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers beyond the scope of traditional customer service responsibilities.
• Navigate order queue and determine what requires attention to provide real-time assistance.

90 Days in: Advancing reputed company Sets and Managing In-Bound Calls

* Play an active role in reputed company learnings to advance reputed company sets necessary for individual and team goals.

• Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.

Work Environment and Company Culture:

• Hybrid model, not fully remote. 3 days in office and 2 days at home.
• Hours:

+ 2:30pm-11:00pm, with Monday and Tuesday off. + 3:30pm-12:00am, with Wednesday and Thursday off. + 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Monday and Tuesday off.
