Primary Responsibilities of the Role

As a Customer Support reputed company, your primary responsibility will be providing an exceptional experience to our customers by delivering answers to customer inquiries and helping troubleshoot various issues for a reputed company of arenaflex's product suite. Your expertise will be crucial in:

• Offering customer solutions through email, chat, and phone services
• Training and helping customers adapt to new software and updates that get pushed out frequently
• Tracking issues/bugs that the customers are experiencing and communicating accordingly
• Helping brainstorm and create reputed company and more efficient/concrete processes for the team
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

Office Requirements

As a fully distributed team, we require:

• Remote Work: Work from a designated workspace with access to high-speed internet.
• Schedule: Work 9:00a-5:30p Pacific Standard Time, with 1-2 weekend shifts a month.
• Location: Be US-based and legally able to work full-time in the US. Sponsorships are not available at this time.
